Currently at TJ's Mind Body Medicine Society, we have been working on projects that we hope to distribute to the community soon! There are three different projects-- a pamphlet on Mind Body Medicine, a mini-book on Mind Body Medicine, and a meditation CD. We hope to enlighten the community by informing them about the benefits of Mind Body Medicine and teaching them how they can elicit the relaxation response themselves. Look out for the online versions of these projects on our website.
Besides working on the projects, we have learned several different types meditations at TJMBMS like the guided meditations, laughter meditation, and mindful eating.
